Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped.  

KQK  is not responsible for  lost packages or delayed delivery. Only shipments with tracking will be refunded if lost - shipments without tracking cannot be claimed as lost. If your order is sent back by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the reshipment of your order. 

Unfortunately, KQK is not responsible for duties and custom fees on international orders.
